We were lucky enough to have TWO amazing artists (Steve Musgrave and Jenny Goldstick) working with us for “Read, Draw, Discuss”, our One Book, One Chicago and Chicago Public Library collaboration! 
In three different Chicago Public Library locations, we met up with CPL facilitators and teens to discuss this year’s One Book, One Chicago pick, The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. The unique narrator (Death himself) and the twists and turns of the story gave us lots to talk and draw about! Here, Jenny explains how to choose a moment for creating visual imagery to accompany a text.
